A naked call strategy has a setup of selling 1 call, typically out of the money. This strategy has a higher probability the further out the money. This can be an alternative to shorting a stock, especially on stocks that cannot be shorted. This a very bearish strategy with limited gain and maximum risk, so use with caution (just like any strategy).
